1. BankTalky is a free service
BankTalky is a free money-transfer comparison platform. We do not charge users any subscription, usage, or sign-up fees. Because no payment is taken from users, there is nothing to refund.
2. Provider transactions
When you click through to a provider (Wise, Remitly, Western Union, etc.) and initiate a transfer, that transaction is entirely between you and the provider. BankTalky has no involvement in, and no responsibility for, any charges, fees, or refunds related to that transfer.
For refunds on a money transfer you have already initiated, contact the provider directly:
- Wise: wise.com/help
- Remitly: remitly.com/us/en/help
- Western Union: westernunion.com/us/en/customer-support
- MoneyGram: moneygram.com/mgo/us/en/help
- Other providers: refer to their respective help centres.
3. Rate alert emails
If you have subscribed to rate alerts, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any alert email. Your email will be removed immediately at no charge.
